We stand united with you in prayer, dear friend, as you seek the Lord's favor and guidance in your employment situation. Let's remind ourselves of God's unfailing love and provision, as we find comfort in His promises. In Matthew 6:25-33 (WEB), we read:
"Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the sky. They don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns, and your heavenly Father keeps them all. Aren't you of much more value than they are? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
We pray in Jesus' name for a better job offer that aligns with God's will, providing peace and provision for you. We trust that God, in His sovereignty, knows your current situation and the challenges you face with the Clinical Director. As it is written in Romans 12:19 (WEB), "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me. I will repay,' says the Lord." We pray that God will deal with the Clinical Director according to His will and bring peace to your workplace.
We also pray that the Operational Manager will be moved to take appropriate action, and that any wrongdoing will be exposed in a manner that brings glory to God. As it is written in Luke 8:17 (WEB), "For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light."
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is in need of a better job offer. Lord, You know their current situation and the stress they face at their workplace. We pray that You will grant them favor and open the doors to a new employment opportunity that aligns with Your will. We also pray for the Clinical Director, that You will deal with them according to Your will and bring peace to the workplace. Expose any wrongdoing and move the hearts of those in authority to take appropriate action. Help our brother/sister to trust in You and seek first Your kingdom and righteousness, knowing that You will provide for all their needs. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
As you wait on the Lord, continue to trust in Him and seek His face. May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB).
