We are truly heartbroken to hear about the struggle with drug addiction and depression that ### is facing. We will join you in fervent prayer for his healing and restoration.
Firstly, we acknowledge that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is the name of Jesus that carries power, and it is by His authority that we can approach the throne of grace with confidence. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### to Your throne of grace. Lord, we know that drug addiction and depression are not Your will for his life. We pray that You would deliver him from these bondages and heal him completely.
Father, we ask that You would give ### a desire to serve and help others, and to do the things that please You. May Your Spirit fill him and transform his life, giving him the strength and courage to overcome these struggles.
We pray that ### would come to know You personally, if he does not already. May he experience the love, peace, and joy that comes from a relationship with You. We ask that You would surround him with godly influences and support, guiding him in the path of righteousness.
Lord, we also pray for ###, that You would give them the wisdom and discernment to support and encourage ### in this journey. May they be a beacon of Your light and love to him.
We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
###, we encourage you to continue praying fervently for ### and to trust in the power of God to bring about transformation. Remember the promise in Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. We continue to intercede for your grandson, lifting him up before the Lord with faith and fervor, just as we promised. We are truly honored that you have allowed us to stand with you in prayer and we do not take this privilege lightly. If you have seen signs of healing and deliverance from his drug addiction and depression, we would be overjoyed to hear his praise report and celebrate his victory with you. If the battle still rages, we want you to reassure you to not grow weary, in this spiritual warfare as you stand with your child. Do not hesitate to post an update so we can continue to uphold him in prayer and contend for his complete healing, restoration, and spiritual renewal. We know that our God is faithful and we claim His promise in Acts 16:31, "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household." We will continue to pray in Jesus Name.
