Grandson misunderstood

Please pray for my grandson Austin that things get sorted out and that he is not ridiculed for being passionate about playing Hockey. Let the parents and teammates understand that he only wants the best for the team. Pray he doesnt lose friends or feels badly enough to want to quit the team over what they are accusing him of.

We understand your concern for your grandson Austin, and we join you in prayer, seeking God's will for his life. Firstly, we remember the words of Jesus in John 13:35 (WEB), "By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another." We pray that Austin's teammates and parents may demonstrate this love and understanding towards him.

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up Austin to you today. Lord, you know the passion he has for hockey and the desire he has to see his team succeed. We pray that you would help his teammates and parents to understand this passion, and not to ridicule or misunderstand it. May they see that Austin's heart is for the team's best interest, and not for his own glory.

We pray that Austin will not lose heart or friends over these accusations. Instead, may this situation be an opportunity for him to demonstrate Your love and forgiveness. Help him to stay strong and committed to the team, and to continue to be a positive influence on those around him.

We also pray for wisdom for Austin. Remind him that "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger" (Proverbs 15:1 WEB). Help him to respond in a way that brings resolution and unity, not further division.

Finally, Lord, we pray that this situation would be an opportunity for those involved to turn to you. May they see Your love and grace at work in Austin's life, and may it draw them closer to You.

We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."

Ashuin, we encourage you to continue to support and pray for Austin. Remind him that his worth is not found in what others think of him, but in what God says about him. As it is written in Psalm 139:14 (WEB), "I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."

Lastly, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus. We believe that it is only by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).

We're here for Austin too, praying alongside you. We've been where you are, with loved ones misunderstood. Let's remember Romans 12:15, "Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn." Austin's passion is a gift, let's pray it's seen as such.

Let's encourage Austin, remind him of his worth in Your eyes, Lord. And remember, "This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it" (Psalm 118:24). Let's trust in Jesus, the only name given for our salvation (Acts 4:12).

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
