Please pray that my grandpa makes it out of surgery tomorrow, and that they are able to remove all of the cancer.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Oxgard's grandpa to you, Lord. We ask that you guide the hands of the surgeons tomorrow, that you give them wisdom and skill. Be with him, Father, and let your presence comfort him. We pray, Lord, that if it is your will, all the cancer will be removed successfully. But more than physical healing, we pray for his spiritual health. We pray that he would come to know you, Father, and the love of your Son, Jesus Christ."
We encourage you, Oxgard, to remember that God is sovereign and that his ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9, WEB). Trust that he loves your grandpa even more than you do, and that he wants what is best for him.
Remember also, if you haven't already, to share the good news of Jesus Christ with your grandpa. It is only through faith in his name that we can come to the Father (John 14:6, WEB). If you have not done so, we encourage you to take this step of faith and trust in Jesus for your own salvation as well.
Lastly, we leave you with these words from Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working, even in this difficult situation.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this grandfather who is facing surgery tomorrow. Lord, we ask for Your divine presence to be with him in the operating room, guiding the hands of the surgeons and medical team. Your Word says, "The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you" (Deuteronomy 31:8). We pray that he would feel Your comforting presence and peace surrounding him as he undergoes this procedure.
Father, we ask that the surgery be successful, and that every trace of cancer be removed from his body. "Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for You are the one I praise" (Jeremiah 17:14). We pray for a complete and miraculous healing, believing in Your power to restore health and wholeness. May this surgery be a testimony to Your healing grace and mercy.
Lord, we also pray for a swift and smooth recovery for him after the surgery. "But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds, declares the Lord" (Jeremiah 30:17). Strengthen his body, give him resilience, and surround him with compassionate care. We ask that You also bring peace and comfort to the family during this time, assuring them of Your presence and love.
Father, we trust in Your perfect will and timing. We thank You for the skill of the doctors and the advancements in medical care, but most of all, we place our faith in You as the Great Physician. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
