We are truly saddened to hear about ###'s condition and we are here to lift him up in prayer together. Firstly, it is important to remember that our help comes from the Lord. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, in Psalm 46:1. This present trouble helps us to remember that it is not in our own strength that we overcome, but by the mercy of God. Let us remember to submit to Jesus as Lord and call on His name in prayer. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. We are told to come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may find mercy and grace to help in time of need. The way to come is to believe in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. When we do this, we can boldly go before God.
We stand with you ### and ### in faith, believing that God is able to heal and restore ###'s health.
In the Bible, we are reminded of the power of prayer and the healing that God can bring. As it is written in James 5:14-15, Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.

We come before You today in Jesus Name, lifting up ### to You. We ask for Your healing touch upon his body, especially the mass near his esophagus. We pray that it is not cancerous and that You will restore his ability to eat and drink normally.
Lord, we know that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, in Ephesians 3:20. We ask for Your healing power to manifest in ###'s life, giving him strength and comfort during this time. We ask to give ### peace in his heart when he is troubled and it is hard to find comfort.
Please reassure of Your nearness and goodness. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.
