We are truly saddened to hear about the concerns you have for your grandson. It is important to remember that God cares deeply for each of us, and He has a special place in His heart for children. As it is written in Matthew 18:5-6 WEB:
“Whoever receives one such little child in my name receives me, but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble, it would be better for him that a huge millstone should be hung around his neck, and that he should be sunk in the depths of the sea.”
Firstly, we need to address that the proper care of children is a biblical mandate. In Ephesians 6:4 WEB, we read:
“You fathers, don’t provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.”
It is clear that any form of abuse or neglect is against God’s will. If you suspect abuse, it is crucial to take action. Here is our prayer for your grandson:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this beloved grandson to You. Lord, You see all things, and You know the struggles and pains that he is going through. We pray for Your divine protection over him, that You would shield him from any harm and heal any wounds, both physical and emotional.
Guide the parents with Your wisdom and convict their hearts to treat their child with the love and care that You intend for all Your children. Help them to understand the gravity of their actions and to seek Your will in their parenting.
Grant Poraos the courage and wisdom to intervene as needed, guiding them with Your Spirit. Provide them with the resources and support necessary to ensure the well-being of their grandson.
We also pray that this family would come to know You more deeply, that they would find salvation and transformation in Jesus Christ. It is in His name that we pray, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We're also praying for wisdom for you, dear one. We believe that God will guide your steps and give you the right words to say and the right actions to take. We're asking Him to open doors for you to provide the support and care your grandson needs.
And we're praying for his parents too. We're asking God to soften their hearts, to open their eyes to the harm they're causing, and to turn their hearts towards their child. We're believing for a miracle of transformation in their lives.
We're trusting in God's love and care for your grandson. We know that He is a good Father, and He will never leave or forsake your grandson. We're claiming Psalm 34:18 over him, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."
Let's keep lifting him up together, dear one. We're in this with you, and we're believing for a breakthrough in his life.
