We join you, Anonymous, in your heartfelt prayer, seeking God's will for your life. We commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name and the importance of obedience to God's commands. As it is written in the WEB, "Whatever you ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13-14)
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother, Anonymous. We pray that You grant him a pure heart and a life pleasing to You. Strengthen his resolve to be obedient in all things, as Your word instructs us, "If you love me, keep my commandments." (John 14:15)
Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in his academic pursuits. Guide him as he completes his doctorate degree, and let Your glory be manifested in his life. We declare that "all your children shall be taught by Yahweh; and great shall be the peace of your children." (Isaiah 54:13)
Preserve his eyesight, Lord. Let it be perfect and undamaged, for "the light of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is sound, your whole body will be full of light." (Matthew 6:22)
We pray for favor, protection, grace, and mercy over his life and marriage. Provide him with a good and consistent job, one that allows him to provide for his wife, as directed in Your word, "But if anyone doesn’t provide for his own, and especially his own household, he has denied the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever." (1 Timothy 5:8)
Thank You, Lord, for Your gentle grace and mercy which sustains us all. We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen.
Anonymous, continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He has good plans for you. We encourage you to keep your faith strong and to lean on God's understanding, as Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Lastly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name. It is only through Him that we have access to God's throne of grace. As the Scripture assures us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12)
