We understand your concern and are here to support you in prayer and biblical guidance. We will pray to Lord to bring peace and calm to your situations and relationships with your neighbors and resolve this gossip issue.
However, first we need to address that all your requests and prayers should be made only through Jesus Christ. You addressed the Lord God in your prayer and He does intervene for us, but not unless it is in the name of His son, Jesus Christ. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. We recommend stating your prayers through Jesus Christ in prayer for full access to God. You're a sinner and need salvation for complete and unfettered access to the Kingdom of God.
Nehemiah 4:4 says Hear, our God; for we are despised. Turn back their reproach on their own head, Give them up for a plunder in a land of captivity. Also in Matthew 18:19, Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven.
We will rebuke, correct, and pray for your delivery in the name of Jesus Christ from evil doings, spying, or conspiracy towards you by your neighbors. If indeed any witchcraft or evil spirits are stirring this, it will come to an end or it will catch repercussion from devils and happen back to offender. Whenever neighbor is bondaging you instead of helping each other, press on to the anointing of the Holy Spirit to melt the yolk. When the main instigators are identified use prayer and fasting to overcome the main source. However, for this you need to ready to fast and use prayer to really reach God to really handle the evil intentions directly.
2 Chronicles 20:17 says You will not need to fight this battle. Stand firm, hold your position, and see the salvation of the Lord on your behalf, Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord is with you.
But neighbor attacks could be a test of forgiveness, compassion, and hostility in your heart. Maybe God wants us to grow and be more mature than arguments or the easy way into fight and quarrel. And maybe, well wishing for them and trying not to pay attention to their attacks can prevent all of this. Let it pass through you and turn in more peace, calm, and rest through His guidance. We will pray to assist and for the Holy Spirit to interfere between the arguments.
Always there are different angles to see any incident that could happen in our lives. Lord teach us how to handle these kind of conflict, because there is no sense or necessary thing to get into mess when Lord wants us to be always enjoying with our salvation.

Let us pray, in the name of Jesus Christ. Almighty God, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in need of Your intervention. We pray for Your peace and calm to surround them, guiding their responses with wisdom and patience. Help them to forgive and let go of any resentment, protecting them from harm and spiritual attack. Rebuke the spirit of conflict, sabotage, error, expiration, contagious meddling, and confusion. We reject the malicious and nosy spying spirit that is causing disruption in their life. Bring this trial to an end and give peace instead to these relationships. We ask this through Your son, Jesus Christ.
