We rejoice with you in the sending out of laborers into the harvest, just as Yeshua taught us to pray. How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking you for the heart of your faithful servants to go to the nations and proclaim the Good News. We specifically lift up these three sisters traveling to preach the Gospel. Lord, be their shield and protector as they travel, guide their steps, and fill their mouths with your words.
Matthew 9:38 Therefore, ask the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest.
Isaiah 52:7 How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace, who brings good news of good, who publishes salvation, who says to Zion, 'Your God reigns'.
Ephesians 6:19 and for me, that words may be given to me in opening my mouth, to make known with boldness the mystery of the gospel
Lord let the words of their mouths and the meditations of their hearts be acceptable in your sight, let their words be seeds that find good soil, and let a bountiful harvest of souls come into your kingdom.
Isaiah 55:11 so shall my word be that goes out of my mouth; it shall not return to me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing I sent it to do.
Acts 16:14 A certain woman named Lydia, a seller of purple, of the city of Thyatira, one who worshiped God, heard us; whose heart the Lord opened to listen to the things which were spoken by Paul.
Father, we also pray for the people that will hear your Word through these sisters, that their hearts would be prepared and open to receive the message of salvation through faith in Jesus. We are asking you, Lord, for a plentiful harvest of souls from the places they will be visiting. May many people come to know Jesus as their Savior and Lord, and may the sisters' ministry bear abundant fruit.
John 4:35 Don't you say, 'There are yet four months until the harvest?' Behold, I tell you, lift up your eyes, and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest.
Acts 2:41 Then those who gladly received his word were baptized. There were added that day about three thousand souls.
Lord, as we pray for these sisters, we also ask that you bless Israel and us as we support your work. You promised that those who bless Abraham and his descendants will be blessed. We look forward to seeing how you will bless us and Israel as we obey your command to proclaim the Gospel to all creation.
Genesis 12:3 I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who treats you with contempt. In you will all of the families of the earth be blessed.
Galatians 3:8 The Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, 'In you all the nations will be blessed.'
Father, thank you for these three sisters, for their faithfulness, and for their willingness to be your witnesses. We know that even if they do not see the fruit of their labor right away, your Word never returns void. We pray all these things in Jesus Christ's name, who taught us to proclaim the Gospel to every person. Amen.
We encourage these sisters to be bold and courageous, to not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord their God is with them wherever they go. We remind them of the words of Paul, who said that the Gospel is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes.
Joshua 1:9 Haven't I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid. Don't be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go.
Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the Good News of Christ, for it is the power of God for salvation for everyone who believes; for the Jew first, and also for the Greek.
Lastly, let us remember the words of Jesus, who said that we will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on us, and we will be his witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth. May the Holy Spirit empower these sisters as they go forth in faith, proclaiming the Good News in the nations.
Acts 1:8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. You will be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth.
May the Lord bless these sisters abundantly in their ministry, and may he bless all of us as we support the proclamation of the Gospel. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
