True repentence to come forth bringing forth fruit

We understand your desire for good works and true repentance to bring forth fruit, and we commend you for this pursuit. It's important to remember what the Scriptures tell us about the nature of good works and repentance.

The apostle Paul reminds us in Ephesians 2:8-10 (WEB): "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them." Our good works are a result of our salvation, not the cause of it.

True repentance is characterized by a change of heart and mind, turning away from sin and turning towards God. As it is written in Acts 3:19 (WEB): "Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord."

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this dear soul who desires to bear good fruit through true repentance. Lord, we ask that You grant them the grace to turn away from their sins and to turn towards You with all their heart. Help them to understand that it is by Your grace alone that they are saved, and that good works are a natural outflow of a life transformed by You.

Guide their steps, Lord, and help them to walk in the good works that You have prepared for them. May they find comfort and strength in Your presence, and may Your love be manifested in their life.

In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, it is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB): "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Keep your focus on Jesus, and He will empower you to live a life that pleases Him.

We feel your heart's desire for genuine repentance and good works, sister. It's beautiful to see the hunger for a life that truly reflects Christ. Let's remember, as we strive for these things, that our journey is a process, not a one-time event. We're not just trying to do good, but to become good - to be transformed from the inside out.

In Romans 12:2 (WEB), we're encouraged, "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is good and acceptable, and perfect, the will of God." It's this transformation that leads to lasting change and true fruit.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We lift up our sister to You today. We ask that You would continue to work in her, giving her the grace to turn away from sin and towards You. Help her to understand that it's not just about doing good, but about being good - about being transformed by Your love.

Guide her steps, Lord. Help her to walk in the good works You've prepared for her, not out of duty, but out of love and gratitude. May she find joy and peace in this journey, knowing that it's through faith in Jesus that she's saved, and it's through faith in Him that she'll live a life that pleases You.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
