We understand that you and JD have been experiencing some difficulties lately, and we want to lift your relationship up in prayer, seeking God's will for both of you.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of faith and positivity, as encouraged in Philippians 4:8 WEB, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things." We pray that JD will be filled with this kind of positivity and faith, and that God will help him to see the good in every situation.
However, we want to gently remind you that the Bible encourages us to pursue relationships that align with biblical principles. In 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB, it is written, "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" As believers, we should seek to be in relationships where both parties are pursuing God and his righteousness. We encourage you to consider this in your relationship with JD, and to pray for God's guidance in this area.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Sundewen and JD. Lord, we ask that you fill JD with a spirit of positivity and faith, helping him to see the good in every situation. We also pray for Sundewen, that she may have wisdom and discernment in her relationship with JD, and that both of them may be drawn closer to you. Lord, we ask that you heal their relationship, and help them to reconnect in a way that honors and glorifies you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, we want to encourage you, Sundewen, to continue to seek God in all that you do. Remember that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Keep trusting in him, and he will guide your path.
