Dear God, I ask for your guidance as I seek good tenants for my mother's property. Help me to find tenants who are responsible, respectful, and who will care for my mother's property as if it were their own. May they be reliable and pay rent on time. Grant me wisdom and discernment to choose the right persons for this space. I trust in your guidance and ask that you bless this situation with peace and prosperity in Jesus's name. Amen.

We join you in prayer, seeking God's guidance as you look for good tenants for your mother's property. It is wonderful that you are invoking the precious name of Jesus, for it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. We are reminded of the words of Jesus in John 14:13-14 WEB: "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking good tenants for their mother's property. We ask that You guide them and grant them wisdom and discernment in this process. Help them to find tenants who are responsible, respectful, and who will care for the property as if it were their own.

Lord, we know that You see the hearts of all people. 1 Samuel 16:7 says, "For Yahweh doesn’t see as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart." We ask that You reveal the hearts of the potential tenants to us and guide us to those who would be a blessing to the property and the community.

We pray for tenants who will be reliable and pay their rent on time, allowing this situation to be a source of peace and prosperity, and not a source of stress or burden. We trust in Your guidance and provision, knowing that You care for all our needs. We believe in Jesus name. Amen.

In this process, remember to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
