We join you in praying for responsible tenants for your mother's residence, and we appreciate that you have made this request in the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father and can make our requests known to God (John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'").
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, asking for Your guidance and provision regarding the tenants for our ###'s mother's residence. We pray that You will bring forth responsible individuals who will honor their commitments by paying their rent on time each month (Matthew 25:21 "His lord said to him, 'Well done, good and faithful servant. You have been faithful over a few things, I will set you over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.'").
We ask that these tenants will maintain the property with care and respect, appreciating the opportunity to reside in a well-kept home. We also lift up the realtor, asking for divine guidance and wisdom as she seeks suitable tenants (Proverbs 2:6 "For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding.").
In Jesus' name, we pray for discernment and a good understanding between the realtor, our ###, her mother, and the potential tenants, that all details will align with Your will (Psalm 37:23 "A man's steps are established by Yahweh. He delights in his way.").
We rebuke any anxiety or fear concerning the provision of tenants. God is our provider and He is already aware of the tenants He desires to be placed in the residence. We trust in His timing and provision (Philippians 4:6 "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.").
We thank You, Lord, for Your faithful care and for answering our prayers. We know that nothing is impossible for You, and we trust in Your perfect plan (Matthew 19:26 "With God, all things are possible."").
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
May God's will for the residence be established.
