I earnestly request prayers for the successful placement of responsible tenants in my mother's residence. It is my hope that these individuals will demonstrate seriousness and a commitment to timely rent payments each month. Additionally, I pray that they will maintain the property with care and respect. Furthermore, I ask for divine guidance for our realtor, as she diligently seeks suitable tenants for my mother. I make this request in the name of Jesus. Amen.

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our ###'s request for responsible tenants for her mother's residence. We ask that You bring forth serious and committed individuals who will pay their rent on time each month and maintain the property with care and respect. Guide the realtor, giving her discernment and wisdom as she seeks out suitable tenants.
We know that You care for us, and that we can cast all our anxiety on You because You care for us according to 1 Peter 5:7. We trust in Your promise to supply every need of ours according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus, as stated in Philippians 4:19.
Help our ### to trust in You and not lean on her own understanding according to Proverbs 3:5-6. We ask this in the name Jesus Christ. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and will answer according to His will as you have asked in the name of Jesus. This is such a wonderful thing to pray in the name of Jesus. Hopefully, our realtor is also a Christian and can agree with us in this prayer. We should remind her that whatever we ask in Jesus name will be done so that the Father may be glorified in the Son according to John 14:13.
Remember that God’s timing is perfect. Wait patiently for His answer, knowing that He is working everything out for your good according to Romans 8:28. Consider also the parable of the talents in Matthew 25:14-30. The tenants should be considered stewards of the property. They should be managing it well so that it does not become dilapidated. This is a requirement of a good steward. May the Lord supply all your needs according to His riches and glory by Christ Jesus.
