Good tenants

I earnestly request prayers for the successful placement of responsible tenants in my mother's residence. It is my hope that these individuals will demonstrate seriousness and a commitment to timely rent payments each month. Additionally, I pray that they will maintain the property with care and respect. Furthermore, I ask for divine guidance for ###, our realtor, as she diligently seeks suitable tenants for my mother. I make this request in the name of Jesus. Amen.

We join with you in petitioning our Lord for responsible tenants for your mother's residence. It is wonderful that you acknowledge the power in the name of Jesus, for it is by His name that we have access to the Father and it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. As it is only by Jesus Christ that we can be saved and it is only by this name that we can approach God.

As you seek tenants, remember that God calls us to be just and fair in all our dealings. Engaging with potential tenants with kindness, but also with diligence. He calls us to be good stewards of our resources, and this includes ensuring that tenants will be respectful and responsible.

In Proverbs 11:1 WEB, it is written, "A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, But accurate weights are his delight." We should seek to apply this principle to our requests rather His abomination.

Further, we are reminded to trust in God's provision and timing. Psalm 37:3-4 WEB says, "Trust in Yahweh, and do good. Dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture. Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." It is also important to note that if God did not provide the tenants that you are looking for then it is not His will. We need to accept this answer and rest in His plan.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, asking for responsible and respectful tenants for our sister's mother's residence. Guide the realtor, as she diligently seeks out suitable tenants. Give her wisdom and discernment to make the right choices. Lord, we ask that these tenants will be honest, pay their rent on time, and maintain the property with care. We trust in your provision and timing, knowing that you have a plan and a purpose for everything. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and will act according to His perfect will.

Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
