It is my hope that these individuals will demonstrate seriousness and a commitment to timely rent payments each month. Additionally, I pray that they will maintain the property with care and respect. Furthermore, I ask for divine guidance for Fabienne, our realtor, as she diligently seeks suitable tenants for my mother. I make this request in the name of Jesus. Amen.

We trust in Your promise that when we ask according to Your will, You hear us. Let us remember that the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person avails much. We also know that You have promised to guide us, we just have to ask, In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
