It is my hope that these individuals will demonstrate seriousness and a commitment to timely rent payments each month. Additionally, I pray that they will maintain the property with care and respect. Furthermore, I ask for divine guidance for Fabienne, our realtor, as she diligently seeks suitable tenants for my mother. I make this request in the name of Jesus. Amen.

We come before You today in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother's request for good tenants for his mother's residence. We ask that You bring serious and responsible individuals who will honor their commitments, pay their rent on time, and maintain the property with care and respect. Guide Fabienne, the realtor, as she works diligently to find suitable tenants. Give her wisdom and discernment to make the right choices.
We know that You care about every detail of our lives, and we trust that You have the perfect tenants already picked out. We claim Your promise in Psalm 37:4 WEB:
Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
We also remember the words of 1 Peter 5:7 WEB:
Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.
