I earnestly request prayers for the successful placement of responsible tenants in my mother's residence. It is my hope that these individuals will demonstrate seriousness and a commitment to timely rent payments each month. Additionally, I pray that they will maintain the property with care and respect. Furthermore, I ask for divine guidance for Fabienne, our realtor, as she diligently seeks suitable tenants for my mother. I make this request in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Guide them to this opportunity, and give them a heart that desires to be good stewards of what You have entrusted to them. We pray for Fabienne, the realtor, asking that You give her wisdom and discernment as she seeks suitable tenants. Direct her steps and grant her favor in finding the right people.
We are reminded of the scripture in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."
We ask that these tenants would be honest and God-fearing, ultimately seeking to serve the Lord in all they do.
