I earnestly request prayers for the successful placement of responsible tenants in my mother's residence. It is my hope that these individuals will demonstrate seriousness and a commitment to timely rent payments each month. Additionally, I pray that they will maintain the property with care and respect. Furthermore, I ask for divine guidance for Fabienne, our realtor, as she diligently seeks suitable tenants for my mother. I make this request in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Elodie's request for responsible tenants for her mother's residence. We ask that You bring forth serious individuals who will honor their commitments, pay their rent on time, and maintain the property with care and respect. Guide Fabienne, the realtor, as she searches for suitable tenants. Give her wisdom and discernment to make the right choices.

We know that all good things come from You, Lord, and we trust in Your provision. In Proverbs 16:3 WEB it is written, Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established. We commit this situation to You, knowing that Your will shall be established.

Remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, Have no anxiety at all, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

Do not be anxious, Elodie, for the Lord is in control. Trust in Him, and His peace will guard your heart and mind.

Lastly, remember the promise in Matthew 7:7-8, Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened. Continue to ask, seek, and knock, trusting that the Lord will provide.

We come before You on behalf of this individual and their mother, trusting in Your divine provision and perfect timing. Lord, You are our provider and sustainer, and we bring this request before You, asking for Your blessing over the search for responsible tenants to occupy their mother’s residence. Your Word in Philippians 4:19 reminds us: “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus.” We stand on this promise and trust that You will provide exactly what is needed.


Father, we pray for tenants who will be serious, reliable, and committed to paying rent on time, showing respect and care for the property as if it were their own. Just as Your Word calls us to be good stewards (1 Peter 4:10), we ask that You send individuals who will manage and maintain this home with integrity.


We also lift up Fabienne, the realtor, asking for Your divine guidance and wisdom as she works to find the right tenants. Proverbs 16:3 says, “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.” Guide her decisions, bless her efforts, and help her to find tenants who will be a blessing to this household. Fill her with discernment so she can recognize the best candidates, and give her favor in every interaction.


Lord, in this process, we pray for peace and patience, knowing that Your timing is perfect. Isaiah 40:31 reminds us, “But those who wait upon the Lord will renew their strength; they will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” Grant them strength and confidence in You as they wait for Your provision.


We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the assurance that You are working behind the scenes for their good (Romans 8:28). May this home be a place of peace and stability for all who dwell there.
