Furthermore, I ask for divine guidance for Fabienne, our realtor, as she diligently seeks suitable tenants for my mother. I make this request in the name of Jesus. Amen.

We join with you, Elodie, in praying for this situation, trusting in the power of Jesus' name.
Let us remember Jesus' words in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." Since you have asked in His name, we can confidently bring this request before God's throne.
We pray that God will bring forth tenants who exhibit integrity, responsibility, and respect towards the property. We ask for individuals who will be prompt in their payments, maintaining the property as good stewards, and contribute to a harmonious community. In 2 Thessalonians 3:10-12 WEB, it is written, "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.' For we hear of some who walk among you in rebellion, who do not work at all, but are busybodies. Now those who are that way, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread." We pray for tenants who are hardworking and honest.
We also lift up Fabienne, the realtor, to the Lord, asking that He grants her wisdom and discernment as she searches for suitable tenants. We pray for divine appointment and guidance as we are told in Proverbs 16:3 WEB, "Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established." May all plans and efforts be established and succeed according to God's will.
Lastly, we encourage you, Elodie, to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He cares for you and your mother. Remember the promise in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
