I earnestly request prayers for the successful placement of responsible tenants in my mother's residence. It is my hope that these individuals will demonstrate seriousness and a commitment to timely rent payments each month. Additionally, I pray that they will maintain the property with care and respect. Furthermore, I ask for divine guidance for Fabienne, our realtor, as she diligently seeks suitable tenants for my mother. I make this request in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up Elodie's request for responsible tenants for her mother's residence. We ask that You guide the process and bring forth tenants who are serious, committed to timely rent payments, and who will maintain the property with care and respect.

Father, we pray for Fabienne, the realtor, as she diligently seeks suitable tenants. Grant her wisdom, discernment, and divine guidance in this process. Help her to find tenants who will not only meet the financial obligations but also be a blessing to Elodie's mother and the surrounding community.

We stand on Your promise in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We trust in You, Lord, to make the paths straight in this situation and to provide the right tenants according to Your will.

We also remember Your word in Matthew 7:7-8, "Ask, and it will be given to you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened." We ask, seek, and knock, trusting that You will provide according to Your good and perfect will.

We pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, who has given us access to Your throne of grace. Amen.

Elodie, continue to trust in the Lord and His timing. Be encouraged by His word in Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." Keep delighting in Him, and He will grant the desires of your heart as you seek to honor Him in this situation.

Remember, it is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Trust in Him, and He will guide you through this process.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
