Let's remember what the Psalmist says in Psalm 127:2, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, to eat the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones." God intends for us to have restful sleep, and it's a gift He gives to those He loves.
However, there might be underlying issues causing your sleeplessness. It could be stress, worry, or even physical factors. In Matthew 6:25-34, Jesus teaches us not to be anxious about our lives but to trust in God's provision and care. We encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###. Lord, You know the struggles she's facing with sleep. Please grant her the gift of restful sleep. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, trusting that You care for her. Guide her to address any underlying issues, be they spiritual, emotional, or physical. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Tomorrow - to be highly efficient in my to do list and everything I planned.
1) No noise in the parc or anywhere in the parc. It's 11.15 pm and some group of people is noisy and sometimes laughing loud or shouting. Probably smoke weed or drink alcohol in the parc. Lord remove them.
2) Lord let me have a good sweet sleep.

My next ### neighbour is doing something on his balcony. Irritating noise. It's almost ### pm.
Also my neighbour upstairs is listening very loud music.
Lord, please, deal with the devil that harasses me often with night noise.
Also, no pulsating in my ears, or high blood pressure.
