Understanding the importance of restful sleep, we join with you, Saraha, in praying for this need. The Scriptures remind us that it is God who grants sleep to those He loves. In Psalm 127:2, it is written, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil, for he gives sleep to his loved ones."
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that every good gift comes from You. We ask that You grant good and sound sleep to all, especially to Saraha and anyone else in need of rest. We trust in Your promise that You give sleep to Your loved ones. Help us to cast all our anxieties on You, knowing that You care for us (1 Peter 5:7). Guide our hearts and minds to focus on You, and grant us the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, Saraha, to meditate on God's promises and allow His peace to fill your heart. Remember that in Christ, you can find rest for your soul, as He invites all who are weary and burdened to come to Him for rest (Matthew 11:28-29).
