In Jesus' Name.
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Saraha's request for good and sound sleep. We know that You are our provider and sustainer, and that rest is a gift from You. We pray that You would grant Saraha peaceful nights, free from worry and anxiety. In Psalm 127:2, it is written, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones." Let Saraha experience this promise, Father.
We encourage Saraha to cast all her cares upon You, knowing that You care for her (1 Peter 5:7). In these times of rest, we pray that Saraha's heart and mind would be guarded by Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
We also remind Saraha of the importance of meditating on Your word day and night, as instructed in Psalm 1:2. Let Your words be a source of comfort and peace, guiding Saraha's thoughts as she drifts into sleep.
Lastly, we affirm that it is in Jesus' name we pray, for it is by His name we have access to You, Father. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
So, in Jesus' name, we pray for sound and restful sleep for Saraha. Amen.

Let's remember that God cares for us deeply, even in our sleep. In Matthew 11:28-29, Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
