We join with you, Saraha, in praying for a good night's rest for everyone. The Bible tells us in Psalm 127:2, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones." God cares about our rest and wants us to trust Him with our nights as well as our days.
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up all those who need a good night's sleep. We ask that You would quiet their minds and bodies, and help them to sleep soundly. We trust that even in their sleep, You are working in their lives. Thank You, Lord, for Your constant care and provision. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, Saraha, to continue trusting God with your sleep. Remember the words of Psalm 4:8, "I will lay me down and sleep in peace; for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety." It is only through Jesus Christ that we can have peace and safety, so let's always approach God through Him.
If there are any specific concerns keeping you or others from sleeping well, we encourage you to bring them to God in prayer. Cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).
Lastly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name. It is only through Him that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
