Saraha, we join you in lifting up this prayer for sound sleep, as it is a blessing from the Lord. "It is vain that you rise up early and go late to rest, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones" (Psalm 127:2 WEB).

We pray, Heavenly Father, that you would grant everyone a peaceful night's rest. Allow their minds to be at ease and their bodies to be relaxed, knowing that you are in control. Let the comfort of your love be a pillow for their heads, and the peace that passes all understanding guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB).

Saraha, we commend you for ending your prayer "In Jesus Name." It is in His name that we have the confidence to approach God's throne, knowing that He hears us. As it is written, "Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it" (John 14:13-14 WEB).

We encourage you, Saraha, to continue seeking the Lord in all aspects of your life. If there are any specific issues causing sleeplessness, we urge you to cast those cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Remember, God's mercies are new every morning; great is His faithfulness (Lamentations 3:22-23 WEB).

In Jesus' name, we rebuke any anxiety, worry, or restlessness that may be hindering sleep. We declare peace and rest over each individual, trusting that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and should be treated with care (1 Corinthians 6:19 WEB).
