Saraha, we appreciate your prayer request for a good night's sleep. Indeed, rest is a gift from God, and we can confidently approach Him with our needs. Let's pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, thanking You for the gift of sleep and rest. We ask that You grant everyone a peaceful night's sleep, allowing them to awake refreshed and renewed. Cast out any worries or anxieties that may hinder rest, for You have promised in Your Word, 'In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for you, Lord, alone make me dwell in safety' (Psalm 4:8 WEB). Thank You, Father, for Your love and care. We pray this in Jesus' name, Amen."
