We join with you, Saraha, in praying for a good night's rest for everyone. Sleep is a precious gift from God, a time when He renews our strength and refreshes our minds. As the Psalmist says, "I lay down and slept. I awakened; for Yahweh sustains me" (Psalm 3:5 WEB).
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up all those who need restful sleep. We ask that You would quiet their minds and bodies, and grant them peaceful slumber. We trust in Your promise, 'In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety' (Psalm 4:8 WEB). We thank You for Your loving care and provision. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage everyone to meditate on God's promises and to cast all anxieties on Him, for He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). It's important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB).
Lastly, we commend you, Saraha, for praying in Jesus' name. It's important to remember that Jesus said, "Whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it" (John 14:13 WEB). It's only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).
