Saraha, we join you in seeking a good night's rest for yourself and others. The Bible tells us that God grants sleep to those He loves (Psalm 127:2, WEB), so we can trust Him to provide the rest we need.
Let's pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Saraha and everyone seeking a peaceful night's sleep. Lord, You know our needs even before we ask (Matthew 6:8, WEB). Please help us to cast all our anxieties on You, because You care for us (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Watch over us as we sleep, take away our worries and problems, and help us to wake up refreshed.
Lord, we specifically pray for Saraha, who has been struggling with waking up too early. Please help her to sleep soundly through the night, and if she does wake up early, help her to quickly return to sleep. We know that it is in Jesus' name that we find rest, for He said, 'Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest' (Matthew 11:28, WEB).
Thank You, Father, for Your loving care and provision. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, Saraha, to meditate on Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), which says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Remember, it's important to invite Jesus into every aspect of our lives, including our sleep. Keep trusting in Him, and He will provide the rest you need.
