Heavenly Father please help everyone get a good nights rest. Please watch over them, help them to sleep soundly, and wake up refreshed. Take away their worries or problems Father. Help me to stop waking up before I need to get up. If I do help me to go back to sleep. Thank you Father for all you do for us. In Jesus Name I Pray Amen

Take away the worries and problems that might be causing her to wake up early, Lord, and help her to cast all her burdens on You. Let Your peace rule in her heart and mind as she sleeps and wakes. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
