We understand your struggle with sleep, ###, and we're here to pray and offer guidance based on God's Word. The Bible tells us, "In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety" (Psalm 4:8 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank You for ###'s request and for Your unfailing love for us. We come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your peace to fill ###'s heart and mind. Help ### to trust in You, so ### can sleep soundly and wake up refreshed each day. Take away ###'s worries and problems, Lord, and help ### to cast all ###'s anxieties on You, knowing that You care for ### (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). If ### wakes up earlier than needed, help ### to quickly return to a peaceful sleep. We thank You for all Your blessings and provisions. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
###, we encourage you to meditate on God's promises and His goodness before going to bed. Remember that God is always with you, and He cares for you. If you find yourself awake when you don't want to be, take that time to pray and communicate with God. He is always there to listen and to comfort you.
Additionally, consider reading Psalm 121 before bed, reminding yourself that God is your keeper and protector. Trust in Him, and He will give you the peace and rest you need.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
