We understand your desire for a good night's rest, Saraha, and we join you in praying for this. The Bible tells us in Psalm 127:2, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows; for he gives sleep to his beloved." This reminds us that God cares about our rest and wants us to trust Him with our worries and problems.
Let's pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Saraha and everyone else who needs a good night's rest. We ask that You watch over them, help them to sleep soundly, and wake up refreshed. Take away their worries and problems, Lord, and help them to cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). We know that it is only in Jesus' name that we have access to You, Father, and it is in His name that we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, Saraha, to keep your mind stayed on Jesus and His promises. As Philippians 4:6-7 tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Trust in Him, and may His peace and rest be upon you.
