Dear Saraha, we join you in your prayer for good sleep, recognizing that rest is a gift from God. The Bible tells us, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows, for he gives sleep to his beloved" (Psalm 127:2, WEB). We pray that God grants each of us peaceful nights, calming our minds and soothing our pains.
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for the gift of good sleep. Please quiet our racing minds, comfort those in pain, and address any problems that might hinder our rest. We trust in Your care, knowing that even in sleep, You are working for our good. Thank You for Your love and faithfulness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, Saraha, to meditate on God's promises and trust Him with your nights. Remember, "You shall keep them in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You, because they trust in You" (Isaiah 26:3, WEB).
It's wonderful that you prayed in Jesus' name, acknowledging that it's through Him we have access to God's throne. As the Bible says, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). Keep trusting in Him, and He will grant you the peace and rest you need.
