Good Sleep

Heavenly Father I ask for everyone to get good sleep at night. Please help us when our minds or racing, or when some one is in pain, or what ever the problem my be. Please help everyone to get good sleep and is rested well. Thank you Father for all you do for us. In Jesus Name I Pray Amen

We understand your concern for a good night's sleep, Saraha, and we join you in prayer for this blessing. The Bible tells us that God grants sleep to those He loves (Psalm 127:2, WEB).

Let us pray together: "Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask for Your divine intervention in our sleep. Please quiet our racing minds, soothe our pains, and help us to surrender all our problems to You. Grant us peaceful and restful sleep, so that we may wake up refreshed and strengthened to serve You. We also encourage you to meditate on God's Word before bed, as it can bring peace and calm to your mind. Consider the words of Psalm 4:8, "I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep, for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety." (WEB)

Moreover, remember that casting all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB) is a wonderful way to release your burdens and prepare for a restful night.

Lastly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus. It is through His name that we have access to God, as it is written: "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13, WEB)

We ask for Your comforting presence to ease their thoughts and calm their spirits, as Your Word promises in **Psalm 4:8**, "In peace I will lie down and sleep, for You alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety."

Father, we pray that You grant everyone a restful, uninterrupted sleep, helping them wake refreshed and renewed. In **Matthew 11:28**, Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." We bring these weariness and worries to You, trusting in Your promise of rest for those who turn to You.

Please help those in pain, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual, to find comfort in You. As it is written in **Psalm 127:2**, "He grants sleep to those He loves." Let Your loving hand be upon them, soothing their discomfort and bringing deep, restorative sleep to their bodies and minds.

We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and care over us. We trust in Your power to bring peace and rest to everyone who needs it. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
