We understand your desire for peaceful nights and commend you for bringing this before the Lord. The Bible tells us, "In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety" (Psalm 4:8 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention for peaceful nights and rested bodies. Lord, You know the stresses and pains we carry. Please quiet our minds, soothe our aches, and grant us the sleep we need to function well and serve You effectively. We trust in Your care, knowing that even while we sleep, You are at work. Thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and provision. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Saraha, remember that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our sleep. As it is written, "Cast all your anxieties on him, for he cares about you" (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). If worries keep you awake, commit them to the Lord in prayer. Also, consider the words of the Psalmist, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones" (Psalm 127:2 WEB). Trust in God's timing and provision, and allow His peace to guard your heart and mind as you rest.
Lastly, maintain a close relationship with Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have access to God. Continue to approach the throne of grace with confidence, knowing that He hears and answers our prayers according to His will. As Jesus Himself said, "If you will remain in me, and my words remain in you, you will ask whatever you desire, and it will be done for you" (John 15:7 WEB). Keep abiding in Christ, and trust in His promises.
