Saraha, we join you in your prayer for good sleep, recognizing that rest is a gift from God. The Psalmist says, "I lay down and slept. I awakened; for Yahweh sustains me" (Psalm 3:5 WEB). We trust that the Lord will grant us peaceful nights, even in times of stress or pain.
Jesus himself encourages us, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light" (Matthew 11:28-30 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for the gift of good sleep. Please quiet our racing minds, soothe our pains, and comfort us in our problems. Help us to rest well, knowing that You are in control. Thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and care. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
