Good sleep

Heavenly Father I ask for everyone to get good sleep at night. Please help us when our minds or racing, or when some one is in pain, or whatever the problem may be. That everyone gets good sleep and is rested well. Thank you Father for all you do for us. In Jesus Name I Pray Amen

We understand your desire for restful sleep, ###, and we join you in prayer to our Heavenly Father. The Bible tells us, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for he gives sleep to his beloved" (Psalm 127:2, WEB). Sleep is a gift from God, and He wants us to rest in His care.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your divine rest. We ask that You grant each of us a peaceful night's sleep, free from racing thoughts, pain, and any other disturbances. We trust that You are in control, even as we sleep. Help us to rest well, so that we may wake refreshed and ready to serve You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you, ###, to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). If there are specific worries or concerns keeping you or others from sleeping well, we encourage you to bring them to God in prayer, trusting that He is able and willing to help.

Lastly, remember the words of Jesus: "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light" (Matthew 11:28-30, WEB). May you find rest in His loving care.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
