Good sleep, cool down and rain.

Heavenly Father I ask for everyone to get good sleep at night. Please help us when our minds or racing, or when some one is in pain, or what ever the problem my be. Please help everyone to get good sleep and is rested well. Please cool these temperatures down, its to hot for anyone outside and the animals. Please send us some much needed rain. Its really dry here. Thank you Father for all you do for us. In Jesus Name I Pray Amen

We understand your concerns and we join with you in praying for these needs, Saraha. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)

Firstly, let's pray for good sleep. The Psalmist says, "In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety." (Psalm 4:8 WEB) We pray that God would grant rest and peace to all minds, that He would comfort those in pain, and that He would still any racing thoughts. We ask for His peace that surpasses all understanding to guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

In regards to the weather, we remember that God is in control of all things. "He makes lightning for the rain, and brings out the wind from his treasuries." (Psalm 135:7 WEB) We ask that He would cool down the temperatures, that He would send much-needed rain to relieve the dryness. We trust that He knows our needs and will provide for us.

We are glad that you prayed in the name of Jesus, as this is the way to the Father. As Jesus said, "Whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13 WEB)

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to fill our hearts and minds. We pray for good sleep and rest for everyone. We ask that You cool down the temperatures and send us the rain that we need. Thank You, Lord, for Your constant care and provision. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Trust that He hears your prayers and will answer according to His good and perfect will.
