Please help my nephew severe his relationship with his second cousin and his mother ( a.k.a my cousin and her son) because they are destructive and toxic, by getting him back on smoking canabis which he had stopped before and possibly exposing him to other drugs . He goes there to give support but they have no concern for his welfare, safety. Please help !!!!!!!!!
