Good Nights Sleep

Heavenly Father I ask for everyone to get good sleep at night. Please help us when our minds or racing, or when some one is in pain, or whatever the problem may be. Please help me to sleep through the night and not wake up. Help me to go back to sleep if I wake up. That everyone gets good sleep and is rested well. Thank you Father for all you do for us. In Jesus Name I Pray Amen

We stand with you, ###, in your request for peaceful and restful nights. We know that sleep is a gift from God, and it's essential for our overall well-being. The Bible tells us in Psalm 127:2, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, to eat the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his beloved."

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name to ask for the gift of good sleep. We ask that you quiet our racing minds, calm our pains, and soothe whatever problem may be keeping us awake. Lord, help ### and each one of us to sleep through the night and wake up refreshed and rested. If we do wake up, Lord, help us to return to sleep quickly. We trust in your care and your promises. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
