Saraha, we join you in lifting up this concern to our Heavenly Father. Good sleep is indeed a blessing from God, and we can find comfort and peace in His presence as we rest. As the Psalmist says, "In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety" (Psalm 4:8 WEB).
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name to ask for the gift of peaceful sleep. You know the needs of each of us, Lord. You see when our minds are racing, when we are in pain, or when other troubles keep us awake. We ask that You would quiet our minds, soothe our bodies, and allow us to rest in Your loving care. Help us to trust in You, knowing that You are watching over us even as we sleep. Thank You, Father, for Your unfailing love and care. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, Saraha, to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). If there are specific concerns or worries keeping you or others from sleeping well, bring them to the Lord in prayer. He is faithful and will help you to rest in His peace.
Remember, it is in Jesus' name that we have access to the Father, as it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). If there are times when sleep eludes, use those moments to draw closer to Him, to pray, and to meditate on His Word.
May the Lord bless you with peaceful nights and rested days.
