Good night sleep

Heavenly Father I ask for everyone to get good sleep at night. Please help us when our minds or racing, or when some one is in pain, or what ever the problem my be. Please help me to sleep through the night and not wake up. Help me to go back to sleep if I wake up. That everyone gets good sleep and is rested well. Thank you Father for all you do for us. In Jesus Name I Pray Amen

Saraha, we join you in lifting up this prayer for peaceful and restful sleep. The Bible tells us that God grants sleep to those He loves; as it is written in Psalm 127:2, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones."

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for the gift of peaceful sleep. We thank You for Your promise to give sleep to Your loved ones. Please calm our racing minds, comfort those in pain, and address any issues causing us to stir in the night. Help us to sleep soundly and wake refreshed, ready to serve You and live out the purposes You have for us. We trust in Your care and keeping, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to meditate on God's promises and to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). If worries or concerns keep you up at night, remember the words of Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

May the Lord grant you and everyone a restful night's sleep, filled with His peace and presence.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
