Here is 5:27am, I still cannot sleep, very strange. Pray that I will find peace n rest in God. I will be able to sleep at 10pm then wake up in early morning quiet time with God. Pray that God helps me with this that I will hv a settled heart and I can hv recovering sleep each night. In Jesus' name. Amen

Heavenly Father,

We come before you on behalf of Miranda T, who is struggling to find peace and rest in the midst of sleeplessness. We ask that you would grant her the gift of peaceful sleep, that she may find rest in your presence. Your Word assures us that you give sleep to your beloved , so we humbly ask that you would grant Miranda the ability to sleep at 10pm and wake up in the early morning for quiet time with you.

Lord, we pray that you would calm Miranda's heart and mind, bringing a sense of peace and tranquility. Help her to cast all her anxieties on you, knowing that you care for her . Grant her a settled heart, free from worry and restlessness, so that she may experience the deep and recovering sleep that she longs for.

We also ask for your guidance and assistance in establishing a consistent sleep routine for Miranda. May she prioritize her time with you, seeking your presence and finding solace in your Word. Grant her the discipline and strength to set aside dedicated quiet time each morning, where she can draw near to you and find refreshment for her soul.

Lord, we know that you are the ultimate source of peace and rest. We trust in your faithfulness to answer our prayers according to your will . We thank you in advance for the restful sleep and the settled heart that you will provide for Miranda.

God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
