Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who is seeking rest for her mind and body. Lord, you are the giver of light and you understand the importance of sleep for our well-being. We ask that you grant ### the peace and tranquility she needs to find rest.
In Matthew 11:28, Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." We claim this promise for ###, knowing that you are the source of true rest and rejuvenation. We ask that you calm her thoughts and bring stillness to her mind, allowing her to find the rest she so desperately needs.
Lord, we pray that you would guide ### into a deep and refreshing sleep, free from any anxieties or worries. May your presence surround her as she lays down to rest, bringing comfort and peace to her soul. Help her to cast all her cares upon you, knowing that you care for her.
We also pray for physical rest for ###'s body. Lord, you are the healer and sustainer of our bodies. We ask that you would bring relaxation and restoration to her physical being, allowing her to wake up refreshed and energized.
As ### seeks sleep, we pray that she would surrender her concerns and burdens to you, trusting in your love and faithfulness. May she find solace in your presence and experience the rest that only you can provide.
