1. **Sleep:** Remember that God grants sleep to those He loves (Psalm 127:2, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones.").
2. **Nighttime eating and worry:** God encourages us not to be anxious but to cast all our cares upon Him (1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.").
3. **Hot flashes:** God is our healer, and we can trust Him with our bodies (Exodus 15:26, "He said, 'If you will listen diligently to the voice of Yahweh your God, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you.'").
