Good night sleep and destress

Pray that God will help me to have good night sleep and destress. Pray that I will have more faith in God and can rest in God's love and His power and provision, not worrying food, shelter and money, but trust in God's provision and faithfulness. I am in debt now as I got a serious pelvis injury four years ago and I have been unemployed and spent lots of money on PRP and physio. I feel that I am so much distant with God now because of covid-19 and all the traumatic experiences both physically, mentally and also relationship levels. I got many beytrals and rejections in the past years even in churches.

I hope I can 100% forgive all people who have left me and wronged me. Pls pray for me as I am really very willing to do so.

I am working as a freelance overseas buyer right now, but the income does not even pay for my food, which I got not clues how to continue my life here. If returning to my hometown, I will face lots of pressure due to covid-19, companies closed down and also I do not have a place to live and no job. I am 37 this year. I do not have a husband, a truly sincere friend and also a church to support me, many of them have left me in the past 4 years, no matter how much I love them and the time and effort which I have spent with them, it is all very heart broken.

Pls pray for me that God will provide me a shelter, healing in body and mental, so that I can return to marketplace to have income. I do not want to have any bitterness, anger and unforgiveness towards anybody on earth, because this is obviously a broken world, which I should not expect too much, but I still believe that this is the work of the devil to kill, steal and destroy in my life. Even my family also turns their back on me and turn a blind eye on my situation.

Pray that God will protect me forever with his holy angels and also God will give me strength and wisdom to do the right things with the right attitude so that I can live but not die and glorify God.

1. Deep breathing daily...
2. Staying in the present moment.
3. Don't fortune tell- Think about the "what ifs" of the future.
4. Focus on what's in your control today.
5. We are always in control of our own actions, thoughts and feelings.
6. Prayer
7. Meditation
8. Exercise- walk or do something that moves your body
9. Control the controllables. Everything else give to God.
10.Don't "mind read" you never know what someone else is thinking

If you do not have money to sow into God's kingdom He says He will provide you with the seed money. When you get it don't spend it plant it into God's kingdom and watch for the harvest that God will send. He promises up to a 100 fold return. that means you give $1 and God gives you back $100.

God says that if two people agree in prayer He will answer that prayer.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Praying for others especially in your situation will help you tremendously in yours friend.

I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.

Thanks Roy, I am in overseas and no stable church services here, where shall I sow the seed? Shall I sow to whatever local church nearby. Shall I sow to online ministry from the overseas church? What should I do?

I used to contact an online ministry but they said that according to the bible, I should rather sow in a local church, I am wondering ...
