Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with hearts full of faith and hope, lifting up ### from ### who is preparing for a final interview for a resident permit. Lord, Your Word in Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We ask that You fill ### with Your peace that surpasses all understanding and calm any nerves and fears.
Father, we pray for favor and grace during this interview. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." Help ### to trust in Your divine plan and to submit all worries and concerns to You, knowing that You will guide and direct every step.
We also call upon Your promise in Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” May ### find comfort in knowing that Your plans are for good and not for harm, to give a future filled with hope.
Lord, we pray that the officials conducting the interview will see the sincerity and truth in ###’s case and that the outcome will be favorable. In James 1:5, it is written, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." We ask for wisdom and clarity for ### during the interview process.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust that You are working all things together for good, as stated in Romans 8:28. We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Stay strong in faith, ###. God is with you.
In Jesus' Name,
Amen.
