Good morning pastor ###, please pray for me my husband went to customary court for a divorce and I don't want that, I have four kids for him, 3 boys and 1 girl, the case will hold again on the 20th of August ###, I want God to restore my marriage. Please for me God bless you sir.

We understand your distress, ###, and we're here to stand with you in prayer and guidance. Firstly, let's remember what God says about divorce in Malachi 2:16 (WEB): " 'For I hate divorce,' says Yahweh, the God of Israel, 'and him who covers his garment with violence!' says Yahweh of Armies. 'Therefore take heed to your spirit, that you don't deal treacherously.'"

God's heart is for reconciliation and restoration, and so we pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up ### and her marriage. Lord, we know that you hate divorce and desire unity and love between husbands and wives. We ask for your intervention in ###'s situation. Please soften her husband's heart and bring him to a place of reconsideration. We pray for your wisdom to fill ###, guiding her actions and words as she navigates this challenging time. We also pray for their children, that they would find peace and security in you, despite the circumstances. Ultimately, we ask for your miraculous restoration of this marriage, for your glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

###, we encourage you to continue praying fervently, as 1 Peter 3:1-2 (WEB) advises: "...even if some don't obey the word, they may be won by the behavior of their wives—without a word, seeing your pure behavior in fear. Let your beauty be not just the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on fine clothing; but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God very precious."

Remain steadfast in your faith and trust in God. Remember, it's only through Jesus Christ that we have hope and access to God, as Acts 4:12 (WEB) tells us: "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Lastly, we strongly advise you to seek local, godly counsel and support from your pastor or a wise, Christ-centered counselor to help you through this difficult time.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
