Good morning pastor JERRY EZE please sir help me i feel pain in my throat hot like

since 2014 i can't talk more than 3mins and feel heart discomfort, and (2) my son is having problem of Autism spectrum disorder stubborn to handle his 4 years old now and I don't want my little baby to have Autism too she is 8 months now (3) my husband is having problem of erection and high blood pressure papa please pray for us sir we live in Italy
