Good morning Pastor, I’m Loosing my mind. I don’t know what to do. I am ### weeks pregnant and I have severe heartburn. I have not slept for ### weeks stretch. I cry every night and day. Pls sir I need prayers. I am now a show of my self. I have not left my house in ### weeks because of the heartburn. All medications have failed. Doctors have left me to my fate. Pls I need your prayers Daddy. Thanks and I believe God will use you to answer me quickly.
